FAQ
Do I need to create an account to license a photo?
Yes, you need a free Nordpix account (via FjordID) to complete a purchase. Registration takes under a minute.
What file formats are delivered?
After purchase you receive the original file as uploaded by the photographer — typically a high-resolution JPEG or TIFF. Drone footage is delivered as the original video file.
Are invoices included?
Yes. Every purchase generates a EUR invoice automatically. Payments are processed via Mollie, an EU-native payment provider supporting cards and SEPA.
Can I use one license for multiple projects?
Each license covers one usage. For multiple campaigns or publications, you'll need a separate license per use. Contact us for volume pricing.
What if I'm not sure which license I need?
Editorial is for informational/illustrative use; Commercial is for anything promotional or revenue-generating; Print is for physical products. When in doubt, Commercial covers most business use cases.
Is the content GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data is stored on Hetzner infrastructure in Europe. Nordpix is GDPR-native — we never transfer data outside the EU.
