1. Acceptance
By using Nordpix you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
2. Definitions
- Platform — the nordpix.eu website and API.
- Photographer — a verified contributor who uploads media.
- Buyer — a user who purchases a license.
- Content — photos, videos and drone footage uploaded to the platform.
- License — the right to use Content as defined by the purchased tier.
3. Photographer terms
By uploading Content you confirm that you own the copyright and have the right to license it. You grant Nordpix a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display, watermark, resize and distribute your Content for the purpose of operating the platform.
Royalties are paid at 60% of the net sale price. Payments are made via Mollie in EUR. You are responsible for any taxes on income earned.
Content must not infringe third-party rights, contain identifiable people without a model release (for commercial use), or include illegal material.
4. Buyer terms
Each license grants you the rights described in the tier you purchased for the specific image purchased. Licenses are non-transferable and non-sublicensable unless explicitly stated.
You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense Content to third parties except as permitted by the Print & Wall Art tier.
5. License tiers
- Editorial (€45) — Non-commercial editorial use only. Attribution to photographer required. Single publication.
- Commercial (€120) — Commercial and promotional use, unlimited digital distribution. No attribution required.
- Print & Wall Art (€85) — Physical prints and merchandise. Unlimited print runs. Resale permitted.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. (Netherlands). All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Licenses are delivered digitally upon confirmed payment.
Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available once the original file has been downloaded. Contact support@nordpix.eu for disputes.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the platform to:
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload or license content depicting illegal activity
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
8. Limitation of liability
Nordpix is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant license.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
